Nick Espenan’s practice currently focuses on the representation of electric, gas, and water utilities in regulatory proceedings before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Railroad Commission of Texas. Nick began his legal career as an associate attorney at a boutique law firm in Colorado where he worked on water utility-related matters, water quality, and water conservation issues. As reflected by his published work, his interest in energy markets began in law school.
