Hannah Cottrell’s practice focuses on the representation of electric, gas, and water utilities in regulatory proceedings before the Public Utility Commission of Texas and the Railroad Commission of Texas. Hannah began her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Christian Weiler at the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.
